MY JOURNEY

Hello, my name is Kostas. I began my Qigong journey in 2022, and have since dedicated myself to continuous practice and study, training with schools both in Greece and abroad. In Greece, I train in the rich and time-honored Shaolin arts, including Shaolin Qigong, Tai Chi Chuan, and Shaolin Kung Fu, while also exploring the energetic systems of Nei Qi Gong.
Since the summer of 2024, I have been systematically training in the healing systems of the White Tiger Qigong Academy. These practices are deeply connected to the Daoist tradition, embracing a profound relationship with nature and the principles of Classical Chinese Medicine. Through this training, I have come to experience Qigong not only as a physical discipline, but as a holistic path that nurtures balance, vitality, and awareness.
Today, I share the White Tiger Qigong practices with anyone seeking a
grounded and meaningful path that harmonizes the body, cultivates energy,
and supports personal growth and well-being.
MISSION

My mission at Animal Spirit Qigong is to guide each practitioner towards greater health, balance, and vitality through the practice of Qigong—combining mindful movement, conscious breathing, and energetic awareness, to help reduce stress, support the body’s natural healing, and cultivate mental clarity.
I aim to create a safe and supportive space where anyone can connect with their body and energy, build resilience, and bring the benefits of Qigong into everyday life.
