By participating in these Qigong classes, whether online or in person, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves a risk of personal injury. You agree to take full responsibility for your health and safety. You represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that would prevent you from participating in these exercises.

2. Not Medical Advice

The instruction, techniques, and information shared during Qigong classes are for educational and wellness purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3. Waiver of Liability

By contacting Animal Spirit Qigong and participating in any classes, workshops, or guided movements, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Animal Spirit Qigong, as well as any of its instructors, from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for any injury, illness, or damage resulting from your participation in the classes or use of the information provided on this website.

4. Personal Responsibility

If at any time during the practice you feel pain, discomfort, or dizziness, you agree to stop immediately and seek medical attention if necessary. You acknowledge that you are practicing at your own pace and within your own physical limitations.

5. Age Requirement

​

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in Animal Spirit Qigong classes. If you are under 18, you may participate only with the written consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms and Conditions on your behalf.​

 

6. Online Participation

​

If you are participating in classes remotely, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your practice environment is safe, free of obstacles, and suitable for physical movement. Animal Spirit Qigong is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from your choice of practice space. Additionally, Animal Spirit Qigong is not responsible for any disruptions caused by technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems or platform outages.

7. Code of Conduct – Mutual Respect

At Animal Spirit Qigong, we place great importance on creating a friendly, safe and supportive environment for everyone. For this reason, we kindly ask all prospective and current students to treat both the teachers of Animal Spirit Qigong and the contact persons of Plumeria Yoga — with whom you may interact when booking an introductory class or for any other matter — with kindness and respect.

This respect applies to every form of communication — in person, by phone, by email, through messaging apps (e.g. Viber, WhatsApp) and on social media — and is expected both before classes begin and throughout your participation in classes and any related activities.

In this spirit, we ask you to avoid behaviour that may cause discomfort or tension, such as offensive or demeaning language, aggressive or intimidating conduct, and any form of harassment.

We believe that in an atmosphere of mutual understanding our classes become more enjoyable and rewarding for everyone. Should a situation arise that, despite good intentions, prevents this cooperation from continuing, Animal Spirit Qigong reserves the right, at its discretion and where deemed necessary, to adjust or discontinue its cooperation with the participant in question.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Animal Spirit Qigong reserves the right to modify, update or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice. The Terms in force at any given time are posted on this page, together with the date of the last update. Prospective students and active students are advised to visit this page from time to time in order to stay informed of any changes. Continued participation in classes, or the submission of a booking request after amendments have been posted, constitutes unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece.
