By participating in these Qigong classes, whether online or in person, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves a risk of personal injury. You agree to take full responsibility for your health and safety. You represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that would prevent you from participating in these exercises.

The instruction, techniques, and information shared during Qigong classes are for educational and wellness purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3. Waiver of Liability

By contacting Animal Spirit Qigong and participating in any classes, workshops, or guided movements, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Animal Spirit Qigong, as well as any of its instructors, from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for any injury, illness, or damage resulting from your participation in the classes or use of the information provided on this website.

4. Personal Responsibility

If at any time during the practice you feel pain, discomfort, or dizziness, you agree to stop immediately and seek medical attention if necessary. You acknowledge that you are practicing at your own pace and within your own physical limitations.

5. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in Animal Spirit Qigong classes. If you are under 18, you may participate only with the written consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms and Conditions on your behalf.​

 

6. Online Participation

If you are participating in classes remotely, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your practice environment is safe, free of obstacles, and suitable for physical movement. Animal Spirit Qigong is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from your choice of practice space. Additionally, Animal Spirit Qigong is not responsible for any disruptions caused by technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems or platform outages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece.
